Returns
We recommend You examine the Goods to check that they are as ordered and undamaged within 7 days from the day after delivery. Please check each item is as ordered and appears in good condition.
You must notify us in writing within 14 days by email to info@thebathroomstudio.co.uk to explain your concerns. If we agree with your concerns, we will confirm by email that you may return the goods in their original condition and packaging, which must be sent to us as soon as possible and no later than 14 days.
Refunds
Once we receive your return your refund will be processed within 7 working days.
